Getting to Know Each Other at Farnbichlalm
To ensure a perfect start to their apprenticeship, every year we spend two eventful days with our apprentices at our company-owned training and recreation facility, Farnbichlalm, in the mountains. The main focus is on getting to know each other, growing together as a team and gaining initial insights into the ABEL Group.
We started with various getting-to-know-you games, a shared snack and personal conversations with our trainers. Then things got practical. Together with conout, our apprentices designed and built their own wooden bridge. Teamwork and creativity were called for. In the evening, things became more relaxed. A barbecue, fun board games and lots of good cheer perfectly rounded off the first day.
On the second day, the apprentices gained exciting insights into the ABEL Group. After a company presentation, we headed to the mobile communications tower in Schnaitsee. For our apprentices, this was their first point of contact with the topic of mobile communications. After having lunch together in our own bistro, a visit to ABEL ReTec was also on the agenda. At Sonnenalm, our apprentices gained exciting insights into the topic of photovoltaic systems and had the opportunity to get to know another area of the ABEL Group.
Two days full of new impressions, teamwork, fun and great conversations — and therefore a perfect start to their apprenticeships. We wish our apprentices every success and, above all, lots of enjoyment during their training at the ABEL Group!
