On Saturday, July 20th, 2023, the popular ABEL Cup will take place again in the most beautiful tradition at the sports field in Tüßling. The organizing club, SG Tüßling-Teising and the ABEL Group are looking forward to many participants, spectators and a family day in the name of sport in the region. Admission is free.

Concept, game mode and goal of the tournament

We are very pleased to welcome six teams to the 13th ABEL Cup this year. The following teams will play exciting matches in a small field and in two 12-minute matches: hosts SG Tüßling-Teising, TUS Engelsberg, SG Kirchweidach-Halsbach, TUS Alztal Garching, SV Linde Tacherting and TSV 1852 Neuötting. The six teams will be divided into two groups of three. The winner will receive €750 in prize money, €500 for the runner-up, €300 for third place, €200 for fourth place, €150 for fifth place and €100 for sixth place. The ABEL Group has once again concepted the prizes in such a way that even the last-placed team will not be empty-handed. 

Procedure and supporting program

Participants and spectators will be welcomed at 11:00 a.m. The tournament will start at around 11:30 a.m. with the match between SG Tüßling-Teising and TSV 1985 Neuötting. At the same time, TUS Engelsberg and SV Linde Tacherting are playing their first game. After the tournament, players, team officials and guests can look forward to a cozy end to the tournament on what will hopefully be a beautiful summer evening in the sports center's beer garden. There will be a barbecue, the bar is in preparation, and there will be musical accompaniment.

Exciting football and event for the whole family

Like every year, you can experience an exciting day of football with your family with free entry. For the physical well is taken care of. To create the right atmosphere, we would like to welcome the relatives of the players and visitors from the towns of the participating clubs. The beautiful place in Tüßling offers enough space and good visibility. Fun is guaranteed for little visitors and families in the adjacent playground.
